What started as a single-product lease finance company back in 1985 with five staff members, 40 years down the line, emerged as the largest multi-product, multi-segment Non-Banking Financial Institution in the country. As one of the most respected financial brands in the industry, IDLC Finance PLC. holds a strong and diversified footing in Corporate, SME, Retail, and Capital Market segments. Today, IDLC marks its presence in over 20 districts, represented by 40 branches and booths with over 1,700 employees, serving over 400,000 clients. However, it would be constricting to say that we are merely in the financing business as we try to do something more. Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman is a Former Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Republic of Indonesia. The Air Vice Marshal held command, staff, and management positions in the Bangladesh Air Force while working in a United Nations Peacekeeping Mission for three years, demonstrating specialization in Civil Aviation Management and Aviation Security.
In his illustrious career of more than 39 years, he has participated in many trainings in the country and abroad, i.e., Aircraft Accident Investigation Technique and Management in Singapore Aviation Academy, National Inspector Course, Aviation Security, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), Bangkok, Thailand, Federal Aviation Administration,, USA (Course conducted in Dhaka).

Mr. Mir Tariquzzaman is the nominated Director of IDLC Asset Management Ltd. from IDLC Finance PLC. He has been in the role of Deputy Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer of IDLC Finance PLC. since July 2007.
He joined IDLC Finance PLC in April 1995 as Management Trainee. He was responsible for establishing and managing a dynamic IT Infrastructure of IDLC Group. He has completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.

Mr. Md Masud K Majumder is the nominated Director of IDLC Asset Management Limited from IDLC Finance PLC. He plays the role of Chief Financial Officer of IDLC Finance PLC.
He joined IDLC Finance PLC on August 30, 2006 as Manager in Accounts and Taxation Department. Prior to that, he worked in KPMG, Rahman Rahman Huq, Chartered Accountants as audit supervisor. Mr. Majumder completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Masters in Finance from University of Dhaka. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Indrajit Mallick took over the role of Head of Operations on 1st September 2020.
Mr. Mallick has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. Mr. Mallick started his career with Eastern Bank Ltd. as a probationary officer in February 1999. He joined IDLC Finance PLC on July 11, 1999, as an officer in the Short Term Finance department. Mr. Mallick worked in a number of departments and branches throughout his career in IDLC Finance PLC. He also served as the Head of the Chittagong Region of IDLC Finance PLC. Later, he joined the Credit Risk Management department as the deputy head of credit in July 2018.

Mr. Kazi Mashook ul Haq has assumed the responsibility of Managing Director of IDLC Asset Management Ltd. since April 29, 2024. He joined IDLC Asset Management Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer on November 01, 2016. Mr. Haq is a seasoned Professional with over 14 years of Capital Market experience and has led IDLC AML’s Retail Sales and Back Office functions & contributed significantly in the business automation, transformation & expansion of the organization. His areas of expertise spans over Strategic Planning, Issue Management, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Regulatory Compliance.
Previously he was the Head of Operations in LR Global Bangladesh, a leading Asset Management Company in Bangladesh. He started his career from BRAC Afghanistan as Professional Engineer in 2005 and served various local and foreign companies in multiple capacities.
Mr. Mashook received his undergraduate degree from BUET in Civil Engineering and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Major in Finance from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) under University of Dhaka.
